Please note that we do not accept refunds. Instead, we offer:

You may exchange your item for a different size, color or product (subject to availability).
✔️ Store Credit (Reserve)
If the item you want is not available, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase amount.
Store credit can be used for any future order and does not expire.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days after your request is approved.

📦 Conditions
To be eligible, items must be:
• unused, unworn and unwashed
• with all original tags and packaging
• in the same condition you received them
We cannot accept:
• items showing signs of wear or damage
• sale / discounted items
• custom or personalized items
• accessories marked “final sale”
If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be sent back to you.

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in store credit.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

🔁 How to request an exchange or store credit

• order number
• item name
• reason for exchange
• preferred size / product (if applicable)
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us.
4. Once inspected, we will issue your exchange or store credit.
